Purchaser is responsible for insurance of products in transit. Standard cover is limited to that provided by Australia Post, who's policies may change from time to time. Further insurance cover will only be arranged on request, and at further expense.
A minimum charge of $40 applies to all orders.
Delivery is available throughout Australia by Express Post. Charges vary according to destination.
All other destinations will be delivered by surface post at cost. If a detailed quotation is required please ask. Alternative couriers are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Additionally a packaging fee of $6 inc GST will be levied.
Originality Uniforms cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or failure to meet deadlines. Please ask if you require an estimate of production time for your job. Generally a turn around of 14- 19 days can be expected, but is subject to seasonal variation.

Currently we accept, Direct deposit, Cheque, Postal Money Order, and Paypal. When you place an order you will be asked your prefered payment method. You will contaced by email with full invoice details.
Please notify us of errors or omissions in your order, or faults, immediatly on discovery. Claims will not be accepted after seven days from delivery, other than for faulty workanship or materials.
All uniforms supplied by Originality are guarranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship. They are fit for use as described, subject to reasonable care and maintenance. Minor fading and deterioration may occur if used frequently for a number of months. Please enquire if further information is required.
